Mojo Interior Design
Interior Design website, 2026
A calm, editorial website for an East Cheshire interior designer, built to let the work speak for itself and turn admirers into discovery calls.
The challenge
Becky's work had been featured on Channel 4's Inside Out Homes and in The Scotsman, but that credibility was buried. The original plan ran to seven pages with an empty blog, repeated copy, no visible pricing and no clear next step after browsing a project. She needed a site that felt like a contemporary British design studio, showed off her transformations and was simple to keep up to date herself.
The solution
I started with the content, cutting seven pages to five, bringing the press features up under the hero, showing clear starting prices and making a free discovery call the next step on every page. The custom WordPress theme is image-led, with before and after comparisons, masonry galleries and a lightbox on every project, and Becky can add new projects herself, down to choosing the focal point of each photo. Enquiries are spam-protected and logged securely, with an optional Mailchimp sign-up using double opt-in. Behind the scenes, structured data and a local SEO setup help homeowners across South Manchester, Cheshire and the Peak District find her, and analytics only load once visitors consent.
Results
- Press features and pricing visible from the first scroll
- Every project ends with a clear invitation to book a free discovery call
- Becky adds and updates projects herself, with no page builder
- Local SEO structured data covering South Manchester, Cheshire and the Peak District
