Websites for therapists
Website design for therapists who want to be found
Most people choose a therapist after reading a website, often late at night, often nervous. Yours has the job of making them feel safe enough to get in touch.
I design and build websites for therapists, counsellors and one-to-one practitioners across the UK. They feel like you, explain what you offer in plain words, and make booking a first session easy.
What a therapist’s website needs to do
Build trust before the first call
Your approach, qualifications and memberships, a real photo and a warm introduction, so a visitor knows who they will be talking to.
Make the next step obvious
One clear way to get in touch or book a free consultation on every page, without pressure.
Take bookings and payments
Clients choose a time, pay securely and get a confirmation email, with your availability kept in step with your own diary.
Be found locally and online
Page titles, structured data and Google Business Profile links aimed at what people actually search, like “counsellor near me” or “online therapy”.
Work well for everyone
Readable on phones, quick to load and built with accessibility in mind, because many of your clients will arrive stressed or tired.
Built around how you work
Every site is custom-designed on WordPress, so you can edit your own text, prices and availability without a page builder. If you already have a site with search visibility, I move it carefully, redirecting every old address so you keep the rankings you have earned.
Where it helps, I also design your logo, print and social graphics so everything feels like one practice.

Questions
How much does a therapist website cost?
Prices start at £500 for a starter site of up to five pages. Most practices with online booking sit in the £750 to £1,250 range. I’ll give you a fixed quote once we’ve talked through what you need.
Can clients book and pay online?
Yes. I’ve built booking systems that take payment through Square, sync two ways with iCloud calendars and send confirmation emails from your own domain.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes. You can change text, photos, services and prices yourself from WordPress, and I’m on hand if you get stuck.
Do you only work with therapists near Leeds?
No. I’m based in Garforth, Leeds, and work with practitioners all over the UK by video call and email.
